There is an additional one off listing fee that will be advised to you once we have inspected your property.

Home Furnishing
We can help you furnish your property (tailored within your budget) to guest-ready standards and transform it into a holiday home of choice
Cleaning
Your property will be cleaned and serviced after every guest check out by cleaners trained in British Standards of cleaning. We will also offer cleaning or linen changing services during your guest stays.
Maintenance
Maintenance is an important aspect of your property to ensure everything is functioning perfectly when your guest arrives. We will also handle regular and planned maintenance activities such as AC servicing and filter cleaning; an essential part of life in Dubai.
Welcome Packs
Personalised Welcome Packs for your guests to enhance their stay and experience. The range can be endless from full toiletries to the ‘must haves’ in the fridge.
Linen Provide
We can offer 5 star hotel quality linen and towels for your property, with laundry and changes every time a guest checks out or requests same during their stay.
Inventory Services
To monitor and manage the contents of your property, we can produce a fully photographic catalogued inventory to ensure nothing is missing, damage or replaced during a guests stay. You will always know what was in your property & what you expect to see on your next visit.
Government Legislation
Ensure your property is fully compliant with all local government legislation requirements for Holiday Home rentals.
