Listing Fee

There is an additional one off listing fee that will be advised to you once we have inspected your property.

The listing fee will include;

  • Listing your property for Holiday Home rental with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

  • Professional photography of your property (Unless you already have high resolution photos you would like us to use).

  • Producing a detailed and photographic inventory of your property.

  • Recommendation report for any changes required to the property or the contents.

  • Provision of required Bedding, Linen, Towels to be compliant with DET legislation.

  • A fully clean of the property in readiness for your first guest.

Additional Services (Optional)

As you would expect prices for additional services will vary depending on the size of the property in respect of Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom etc, so as soon as we have inspected your property and we understand the type, size and content, we can advise and recommend any additional services that you may wish to consider, together with a cost of same.

    • Listing your property on a minimum of 4 holiday homes letting platforms, with full details of the property, check-in/check-out procedures, and house rules.
    • A full clean of the property in readiness for your first guest.
  • Additional and optional inclusions are:
    • Professional photography of your property for listing photos.
    • The provision of linen for the property.
    • Producing a detailed and photographic inventory of your property and content.
